Instructions to Remote View your Business
Use internet explorer 6.0 & above and Min. 1024X768 Resolution

IF you are using Windows 7 or Vista then click & download Multiview 8.4  then follow instructions.

Windows Xp Home, Pro or earlier with Internet explorer 6.0 and above, use the follwing method.

Please follow the following instructions carefully, Click on:

  1. Tools

  2. Internet Options

  3. Security

  4. Custom Level

  5. Enable ALL options & stop before Downloads
    "Downloads" should remain "Disable"

  6. Click OK twice

  7. View My Business

  8. click on your business name

  9. Mpeg4 - submit or "O"

  10. DSL/Cable/T-1

  11. Multi-view

  12. Submit or "O"

  13. after downloading necessary software follow the prompts and accept all defaults

  14. Enter User ID & Password

  15. Voila - your in business

if you have a firewall installed you must allow all access i.e.: Norton, MacAfee, Avg etc...

IF you are using Windows Vista then click & download Multiview 8.4 and follow instructions.

Supported Phones

GV-iView
GV-iView is a remote application for iPhone and iPod Touch.
OS supported: iPhone with iPhone OS 2.2 or above; iPod Touch with iPhone OS 2.2 or above.
The GV-iView is officially released with GV-System version 8.3.2.0, and is only compatible with GV-System version 8.3.2.0 or above. Please uninstall previous beta version (which was released with GV-System version 8.3.0.0) completely before you install the official version. To download the free application GV-iView, please get iTunes first.

OS supported: BlackBerry OS 4.2.1 or above. The latest OS 5.0 is not supported currently.
